The hotels were very good hotels, attractive, clean and comfortable. All (except for one) had very good breakfast buffets. Buses were clean and comfortable and the bus drivers were excellent. The only thing i regreat is not buying the tickets for the palace in paris, it was sold out when we got there. Also, i suggest giving more time at santiago bernabeo stadium to tourist, more time in saragoza, barcelona and strasbourg. Less time in parks and poblet. Overall is excellent service; my last suggestion is that guides take pictures of the group together and may he suggest getting closer with others. Majid· June 3rd, 2023Overall the tour was good. However, there are some observations. We were informed about the names of the hotel very late. This caused us problem in deciding on pre and post tour hotel bookings. We were told that we will be picked up from our hotel in Madrid to the hotel from where the tour was starting, however, this service was not provided at the last minute. After booking the tour, the correspondence became very slow and messages are not responded promptly. Secondly, the group and the guide kept changing. This caused confusion at times and the bonding between the group members and the guide could not be developed. Some hotels were very poor, particularly hotels in France i.e. Kyriad Hotel and Novotel Paris est Hotel. In Madrid we visited some places on the first day and on the second day new members were added to the group and we were again taken to the same places. Guide Lunes and the city guide of Paris were very good. Coverage of Switzerland was very comprehensive. - Melissa· May 18th, 2023We greatly enjoyed our trip from the Barcelona to Berne leg of our trip. We had 1 guide who was very organized, and knowledgeable. We also had a local guide in Barcelona who was passionate in sharing her city with However, there is much to be improved in terms of organization on Day 1 in Madrid where weren't able to start on time due to late arrival of the local guide, and making sure all travellers were present. As well as on the Paris leg of the trip where we changed guides, and buses. Note that entrance tickets to Versailles palace is NOT included. Coordinate straight away with your guides so you can buy tickets in advance online if you want to go in. As soon as we arrived, we had to take several taxis to get to the hotel where we had our reservation. For some unclear reason, the bus had dropped us off at the wrong hotel.
