- LJLakshani· June 20th, 2024Overall good. Few things to improve. Communication could be better. Sometimes it was not clear to the travellers of the plans and which group they are in. Hotel in Vienna- Rainers could improve its service and facilities. Hotel in Budapest- Mercure was lovely, service of the front desk was amazing. Guide Hugo was good. But felt it was more skewed towards Spanish speaking travellers. As the Spanish guide was explaining 80 percent of the time. Places taken were amazing and memorable. Very glad I did it.Show more
