Customer Reviews
- Evrim· April 28th, 2025I did not give this tour a five star rating because of my experience in Spain and Portugal , not because of my experience in Morocco. Morocco with Ayoub was amazing. He is such a talented tour guide for his English visitors. I did get to meet all the tour guides and bus drivers (which are all amazing)! I felt like I was in a family. I have to say Morocco was amazing. I loved that week the most! I can not recommend it enough. There was one hotel in the itinerary that is not the best in Morocco (WiFi issues and did not like the food that much) but trust me, Ayoub makes up for it! He made sure we were always safe and the "yalla yalla, let's go". Spain and Portugal you need to explore for yourselves... the tour guides do not show you much. They felt not guided at all. Not many words to say there...Show more
- TC· April 26th, 2025⭐ Tour Review and Europamundo It’s important to give an honest review to help future travellers make informed decisions. During the tour, we experienced multiple guide and bus changes—probably a dozen guides in total. The tour was conducted in both Spanish and English. Usually, two guides took turns speaking in each language on the bus. Because of this setup, one fellow English-speaking traveller mentioned she would never use this company again. Personally, I didn’t mind and was fine with the arrangement. As with most tours, minor issues did occur, but the guides handled them professionally. Overall, I had a good experience. Would I travel with Europamundo again? Yes. ⸻ ⭐ TourRadar Review – Caution Advised (1 Star) This rating is for TourRadar, the booking platform—not the tour itself. TourRadar acts as a middleman between travelers and tour operators. When things go smoothly, all is well. But if something goes wrong, you’re often left to deal with it on your own. I’ve completed four tours through TourRadar—three were Ok. However, my Sri Lanka tour with Mango Vacations was a disaster. For weeks, the operator didn’t respond to my questions about pickup arrangements. Then, just one week before departure, they finally replied, saying the tour could not go ahead. They offered a last-minute change to the itinerary or the option to cancel—with this I lost my already-booked flights fare. It was a textbook bait-and-switch tactic, be it intentionally or otherwise. The operator, Mango Vacations, advertises 17 different tours as having daily departures—which raises serious doubts about their actual capacity. If you’re a non-EU traveller or in a country where TourRadar doesn’t have a local office, you’ll have little to no consumer protection. Booking through TourRadar is a gamble: if everything works, great. But if anything goes wrong, you’re on your own—they expect you to deal directly with the operator.Show more
- Hope· April 25th, 2025What made the trip a better experience, honestly, was the care that the tour guides took with the group. I would say the things we encountered that would probably be deal breakers for some were tolerable because of the guides. That said, I believe we had an overall good experience. If I had to make some recommendations: 1. There should be more bathroom breaks for those who are on medication or a bit older. 2. It was difficult to find food when we arrived late in the evening at our hotels. 3. I have been on tours where water and light snacks were provided (if on the bus for more than a couple of hours). I am sure this would be appreciated even if there is an additional charge for it. 4. The one-bag policy is unrealistic, as travelers from all over the world want to purchase souvenirs, etc. Maybe consider allowing two bags and charging a nominal fee to be included in the overall package. Again, I loved the care the guides took with the group, and this is the main reason I would recommend this tour company.Show more
