- Grace· July 14th, 2024I loved the combination of relaxation amd exposure to culture. It was wonderful to get off Bali and experience a few different islands. We were surprised that the tour ran with just two of us, but it was still a positive experience. All of the details were taken care of, and the on the ground operator (Pacto) stayed in close contact with me via WhatsApp. My only complaint is the accommodation on Gili-T, Frii resort. It was notably inferior to the others, and certainly nit a 4-star hotel. We had to wait hours for them to replace the lock on my friend's room because they could not locate the key. The grounds needed maintenance, e.g. the pool was unavailable and we had to use the pool next door. My refrigerator had to be replaced after I almost slipped several times because it was leaking. My friend's room didn't have a safe. Because the bathroom was an open air concept, I had to contend with mosquitos in my room. The room did bit qualify as luxury accommodations, especially when compared with true luxury hotels like the Pullman. Fortunately, we still had a good time. Mustika also did a great job of showing us Lombok. It was my favorite leg of the journey.Show more
- Darius· April 28th, 2025Excellent itinerary combining leisure with visiting key sites in this beautiful country - we enjoyed all of Petra, Jerash, Wadi Rum, central Amman, the Jordanian part of the Holy Land and the Dead Sea area. Jordanians everywhere are friendly and are currently experiencing a big dip in tourism because of the neighbouring war zone Our friendly guide Faisal made a huge difference as he proudly showed us the best his country had to offer. We will be back!!!Show more
