From start to finish, everything was well-organized, and we had an amazing time. The tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable with their insights and enthusiasm. The hotels were comfortable and exceeded our expectations, providing a relaxing stay after our daily adventures. - Julianna· January 5th, 2025You see a lot on this tour for a very cheap price. Funding your own transportation to all of these places would quickly cost thousands of USD. That being said, this tour is focused on seeing rather than experiencing. You look at something quickly, and then are rushed back on the bus. The itinerary is packed so full that you end up spending more time on the bus than you do at the sites. Also, I would highly discourage vegetarians or people with allergies or other dietary restrictions from doing this tour. Japanese food often has hidden ingredients (like chicken broth added to sauces), so you have to be very careful when ordering. The tour guides were not helpful with this, often just saying, "I'm sure you'll find something," and leaving it at that. Luckily, I know enough Japanese to ask about whether dishes contain things I cannot eat, but after visiting 2 to 3 restaurants a night and being told there was nothing I could eat at any of them, my husband and I would often just look for an Indian restaurant. It was really frustrating. It wouldn't be hard to make lists of vegetarian friendly restaurants, halal friendly restaurants, etc. in each city we visit, but the tour guides didn't have that and didn't seem interested in helping at all.Show moreEuropamundo commented on this reviewThank you for sharing your experience with us.
