Throughout the trip, whenever I had any questions or concerns, they were always quick to respond and help me, making me feel like I wasn't traveling alone. It was truly a delightful experience. They arranged a private 5-seater car for me, which made it easy to store my belongings and allowed for a more relaxed day of sightseeing. Reducing the burden of transportation was definitely a big plus. My guide in Japan, Monchai, was a treasure trove of knowledge. He spoke with great pride about the places and people of Japan.
