  A spontaneous girls' trip with my bestie — no plans, no stress, just vibes! ✈️💖 We had absolutely nothing planned, but a friend told us about UME Travel, so we thought, why not? We contacted them through their website, and they set us up with a super sweet trip designer, Amber. We just told her: “We wanna go to Japan, here’s our number of days, here’s our budget.” That’s it. And boom — she sent us a tailor-made itinerary that fit us perfectly! When we got there, they even arranged a super cute local guide for us — funny, charming, and full of interesting stories. He even took us out at night for some amazing local street food! 🍢🍶 The only tiny thing? His English wasn’t perfect, but honestly, it just made the whole experience even more fun. 😂 Our driver was also super warm and welcoming — felt like traveling with old friends! Honestly, everything was just so good. Definitely booking with UME Travel again next time! 💕

  I’m the kind of mom who’s super afraid of trouble — honestly, I never even thought about traveling with my three kids. It just always felt like a massive move, not a vacation! But one day, my husband happened to find UME Travel online, and thanks to them, we ended up having the best holiday of our lives! All the credit goes to Phoebe, who planned everything so thoughtfully. After talking with her, she really understood my personality and needs. She scheduled two full days at both Disneyland and Universal Studios just for the kids, which made the whole experience so much more relaxed and fun for them. They even learned how to make sushi, tried out a ninja experience, and fed deer in Nara — it was amazing! Meanwhile, the adults could actually take a break and enjoy ourselves without constantly worrying about the kids. Phoebe even upgraded our hotel to one with a hot spring and booked a family suite for us — it was perfect for both the kids and us parents to unwind. Honestly, the whole trip was just incredible. UME Travel completely took away my fear of traveling with kids. Next time we plan a trip, we are 100% going with UME Travel again!

  Our family of four had such a wonderful time in Japan! Phoebe, our operator, helped me plan a fun and smooth trip for my two sons and me — she was absolutely amazing. She was always willing to adjust the itinerary based on our interests, and even though we made several changes along the way, she remained incredibly patient. Throughout the trip, Phoebe stayed in close contact with us — it honestly felt like she was available 24/7! Our guide, Kaien, was also super friendly and shared lots of fun stories and insights about Japanese culture with the boys, which made the experience even more enriching for them. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely work with Phoebe again!
