It was an amazing cultural journey, and the hotel accommodations were excellent—including a private pool villa in Phuket. Our travel agent, Amber, was fantastic. She quickly arranged everything, suggested the best flights, and made sure all the tour activities matched our preferences. We did run into a small issue at the last hotel, but she resolved it within an hour by upgrading us to a five-star beachfront resort in Phuket. I’m truly grateful for all her help in turning our dream trip into an unforgettable experience.Show more
- Dale· April 10th, 2025We enjoyed our 21 day itinerary touring Vietnam,Cambodia and Thailand Laos with private drivers and guides in each location. The itinerary put together by phoebe was well planned and had a great mix of area history, highlights and cultural immersion. The UME team did a great job checking in and providing support when we needed it throughout the journey. Our guides were engaging and knowledgeable. All the hotels and pre planned lunches were excellent. It was a very busy pace of travel, so if you enjoy a more healthy dose of R&R along the way, I'd recommend working with UME to build a bit more of that into the itinerary.Show more
