Tour director Pat was a very calm person who attended nicely to all of our needs. The daily events planned were always on time and we found them to be very interesting and informative. Hotel choices were excellent with the exception of the Outrigger Kona which needs updates to its rooms and out room smelled of mildew or moldy.
