I've booked many trips through you guys and this was the first trip where I didn't have a single contact person for my trip. It led to a lot of confusion and mistakes in the front office on your side. They had dates and places wrong which wasn't noticed till I brought tit up. They also tried to keep the money we pre paid for an optional activity instead of paying the company. Please contact me if you want to know more about that. I was so fixated on that portion of the trip that I didn't look too closely at the other days. I was so surprised though - every day had an incredible experience, from learning about local communities, taking safari drives, rafting on the Nile (this was an amazing add on) and chimp trekking. The local rangers we used were really knowledgable and I felt I came back with a much better understanding of the destinations.
