  I’ll start with feedback of the guides/drivers/Team Leads Anu- team lead point of contact before the trip. Anu was excellent! regular email contact/replies, lots of offers for help with any alternations or domestic flights (although we arranged this ourselves the offer of assistance was appreciated). He has everything arranged and we never had to wait for any airport transfers, every hotel we arrived at allowed us to check in immediately (even early in the day). Without Anu’s organisation and planning our trip would’ve been completely different and so much more stressful, during our trip we seen and spoke to a number of people trying to visit India without a tour company and they had some real horror stories (it didn’t sound like a holiday it sounded like a constant battle). We almost felt guilty that Tour Radar/Gets holidays and Anu had made our trip hassle free and so easy, I would advise this is the only way to truly visit India and experience the real India (along with seeing the main tourists spots) Rajesh- driver for Delhi, Agra & Jaipur . Thoughtful, helpful and always willing to go over and above his duties to make the most of our experience in India. Very reliable and good to know that you have someone looking out for your best interests Pickan- guide Jaipur, great guide gave enough detail and information but not to much. He was such a happy and cheerful person it was infectious, I think he might be friends with everyone in Jaipur. Joe- Mumbai Guide Joe was great he showed us all the sights in Mumbai and nothing was to much trouble for him, he gave great advice and we left feeling like we had really experienced the real Mumbai whilst also seeing all the main tourist spots 10/10 rating for Joe Azar- emergency contact willing to assist at any time with queries/ help we needed as circumstances arose. On one of the domestic flights one of our suitcases was lost during a connection, we tried to source it ourselves by contacting the airline with no luck, eventually we got in touch with Azar and he took over control of the problem which allowed us to continue with our trip with no stress. I can’t emphasis enough just how good Azar was, nothing was ever a problem, he was a life saver when it came to the lost luggage and would immediately reply whenever we contacted him day/night & at weekends whenever we had alternations/amendments we wanted to make. Please feel free to pass on our comments to each of the persons mentioned above they have all been excellent. Overall we really enjoyed the trip, we was glad for the leisure days at the end as we were quite tired after quite an intense few days of sightseeing (although we wasn’t complaining as we really enjoyed everything we seen). I can’t thank you and your team enough for making our holiday so special, India is an amazing country and I will absolutely be recommending to family, friends and colleagues, I will also be recommending they use your company for anything they plan to book.

  Great tour, ticked all the boxes however I would suggest that it is not suitable for small children, we had to accomodate rather often to the needs of a 5 year old

  With the help of GeTs, I was able to book a custom two week tour that covered our varied interests. GeTs was astoundingly organized, knowledgable, comforting, and helpful. There was never a moment when we felt lost or harried, instead their representatives and guides were always prompt and kept us going thru our journey in comfort and style. I cannot speak highly enough.

  I'm so glad that I used GeTS Holidays during my visit to the Kumbh Mela festival in Feb 2019. Their representatives understood my requests very well during communications. They helped me create a perfectly tailored plan. Everything ran smoothly and their staff was caring and actively sought feedback during and after the trip. They delivered everything agreed upon professionally. Highly recommended.

  We arranged a private tour to Hampi, from our home in England, the communication withe Gets was via E mail was exalent and we wer kept up to date with all of the arrangements. The train tickets wer e mailed to us, on arrival in Hospet met by our car and driver taken straight to the Hotel, next day right on time we wer taken to Hampi and meet by our tour guide who was most informative and could not do enough for us the whole of our 4 day trip was exalent. We hav used Gets Holdas 3 times now and will be using them again this coming November to arange our trip

  This was our first tour and we really enjoyed it! We learned so much - about India and about traveling. I would love to give feedback on each of our guides but cannot remember their names (Suggestion: It would be helpful if that information was included on our itinerary or the guides provided a card with their names on it when we met them.) Some of them were outstanding with their English and did a wonderful job directing us through the sites. I felt they were ambassadors for India and we came away appreciating the history of the country and developed a love for the people. There were others that I would like to give some very specific feedback that would help them develop into better guides. I was surprised to find that we had our own driver and guide. Is that standard? If so, would we have had the option to ask them to drive to additional locations? Were there other options available for their service? I appreciated the option to have you purchase our domestic flights and the admission to the monuments. In a new culture, it was very helpful not to have to worry about that. At the end of our tour, we made alternate arrangements and am grateful for the flexibility you offered for us to adjust our plans in order to take advantage of the additional activities we booked. Question: If we would have asked, were there activities you would have suggested? Thank you for so much help before the tour and the wonderful staff you provided to make our trip something we will always cherish!

  While we were planning our trip we had kept in mind a number of different tour companies for our 14 days’ trip to India, we selected Gets Holidays due to their responsiveness and professionalism. They responded very fast to each of our queries efficiently. Our driver Kishore for the tour was truly exceptional. He combined excellent driving skills with a calm and sincere attitude. He was very friendly and also helpful in nature. Everything was done as per the plans and the company used to give us a call every day to know if we were enjoying. The tour plan was flexible and the company accommodated all our preferences. We would love to come again to India and travel with Gets Holidays again. Thank you to everyone at Gets Holidays!!
