- nagi· July 2nd, 2024bad bad mangament and money grabbing company. booked as a luxury trip, first two nights in Tokyo in addition and an extra night i paid for was booked in a three stars hotel , we had to go to the foyer at 7 am to get our preferred breakfast before it runs out, the other group who did exactly the same itinerary at the same time scored five stars hotel, discrimination!!!! i send emails to the company to protest never got a reply. i wanted a refund for the difference in the hotel accomodation but no response. - Valerian22· June 2nd, 2024I really enjoyed my very first trip to Japan. Everything was well organised and the hotels were very good. An experience to remember. I was only disappointed that the Tori gates weren't included. A suggestion would be to take the group there early in the morning as it gets too crowded later. I was lucky with our group of 7 - it was small enough to navigate all the trips. . The people were also easy to get along with. The standard of the accomodation was usually very high and the group leader Toshi was well organised and extremely personable. - MBmargaret· May 24th, 2024the trip was excellent. Our guide Toshi, walked very fast and had the group running after him several times. Most of the hotels were fabulous. The Kanbayashi ryokan was wonderful . However, the Hakone ryokan was older and needed to be refurbished. The last hotel, Allamanda Aoyama, was very nice but the rooms were dark, no English translation for use of thermostat and other technology in the room. Other hotels also had the same issue. The travel was okay, but straight off the train to a full day of sightseeing was exhausting, Hiroshima in particular. Maybe half the tour and the second half of the tour the next day.
