- CCherylPires· August 15th, 2022well organised, trustful business. We booked over 2 weeks Vietnam trip in August. We didn't know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised straight after landing in Ha Noi. Our transfer to the hotel was ready, even the flight time was silly morning hours. Our guide was waiting for us at the hotel reception to help us to check in and take us through our daily holiday plan. All excursions and transfers were well organised and on time. Some guides were difficult to understand, English must be improved tho ;-). Big thank you to all excursion guides for their knowledge and passion of Vietnam history and future. Special thank you to Tom, he is really good guide! we got so much information about history and present life in Vietnam, we could tell how much he loves his country and wants to share it with the clients, we had amazing time. Big thank you to Hannah, our Hoi An guide. We loved every minute farming and cooking with her, she is great fun! One little minus was 2 last days in Danang.
