- DBDavid· December 22nd, 2017The whole experience got off to a bad start when the tour guide and transport arrived 25 mins late. We informed the your guide that because we thought he was not going to show up at all we had decided in the intervening period to relocate from our hotel. We asked that we recommence the 3 day tour the following day to which he agreed. We later got an email asking us to pay for the days tour which we had already prepay-ed. We pointed this out to them but they still wanted extra money even though we had payed in advance. We ended up cancelling the whole 3 day tour as we had lost confidence and trust in Euro Khmer Voyages. We are now in a fight to get our money back.Show moreTrip date: December 2017
