We had a disabled person on the tour and I was very impressed with the care and compassion shown so that gentlemen had a wonderful experience. Overy the 12 days we only had one bad experience and that was when we arrived back in London on the Eurostar the Trafalgar Representative (not Kyle as we left him in Paris) greeted us however we had to wait over one hour for our transfer to arrive to take us to the hotel.”

- Balkan Experience – seven countries in two weeks - SMALL GROUP
This 2 week tour of the Balkans was one of the best experiences we've had recently. The entire tour was managed very well and we especially thank our main tour guide Milos from Serbia who was exceptional. Milos has the wonderful personality mix of intellect, knowledge, efficiency, warmth and good humour. Nothing was too difficult for him and besides his exceptional driving skills taking us across 7 countries, he is a lovely affable gentleman with great moral standards. It was like we've known him for years and so it was sad saying goodbye in Belgrade. We will definitely use Victor Tours again.

It was one of the memorable experiences
Ri has been the best trip manager we could have asked for she has gone above and beyond for each person in the group to make it the best possible experience. She is the most encouraging and smiliest person I have ever met and pushed me outside of my comfort zone socially everyday which in return made me have a better overall experience with the trip. I do not remember a time of getting on the bus and not cracking up with laughter at her terrible jokes and puns which makes the journey that much better. I can’t wait to do another contikiRI trip in the future. If you could hire 100 Ri’s I would strongly suggest you do as all your problems would be solved. Also I hear Ri in Scandinavia is even better… hint… hint. Oh and I want the world to know that Ri cannot make pasta so if it’s possible don’t let her near that FTA just joking of course her failure made it that much more fun!!
