Thank you for your review Stephanie. We hope you enjoyed New Zealand. We always try to accommodate customer changes to itinerary. In our case it does need to be done prior to departure. We are unable to make changes to itineraries whilst on tour. We are happy that we could refund one of the tours you cancelled on the tour. I understand your comment on miscommunication. However, we do give the tour operators your email and phone number at all times so they can communicate with you. Our style of touring is specialized but does require customers to reconfirm day tours. everyone. There are many emails between you and our office whilst you were in our country. However very little communication prior to departure. We are in a position where we are able to curate specialized tours. In future we will certainly engage closely with customers prior to departure to ensure we meet their expectations.
