Kelvin· April 21st, 2025We had a great time on this trip last year... We spent our first week doing a road trip from Sydney to Canberra, Melbourne and back along the coast. We then spent the rest of the trip on this pre-arranged itinerary with flights, airport transfers, accommodation and day-trips all arranged with different suppliers. I've knocked off one star because the tour in Sydney was a hop-on-hop-off bus (not my idea of a tour) and while most of the hotels were great, the one in Alice Springs let us down - it was a motel. Russ was pretty hands off, but I was happy with the rest of the tour operators, hotels and travel arrangements. It was generally good value, so I would certainly recommend this package to anyone who's looking for a quick and easy way to plan a trip down under.Show moreTrip date: September 2024- WDwilliam· September 24th, 2024THE ACTUAL TOURS WERE GREAT, but I was disappointed in the tour operator Australia and New Zealand Travel Company - I had to put pressure on them (through Tourradar) to live up to their published commitment to provide transfers from airport to hotel and hotel back to Airport. - SFStephanie· September 3rd, 2024Hotels, flights, and excursions were excellent; no issues. It was frustrating having to confirm every booking and every pick up the day of or the day before. One of our flights was delayed so we missed our hotel pick up, and had to pay out of pocket for a taxi. However, customer service was fairly speedy with their responses. I would definitely recommend this tour, just make sure you have cell service!Show more

One instance i had to call 4 times to verify pick up. Another I could not contact a company by phone or text. Fortunately i finally got in touch with the company with a email. I should be enjoying my trip. Not having to worry if they will show up or change pickup locations. One tour i followed up in a nick of time as it was cancelled. I had to take a lesser trip just to fill the day which was critical to where I was at. I was there for that purpose. Granted the tour turned out okay.
