We work with a selection of allocated rooms across several trusted hotel partners. As noted in both your booking itinerary and our Terms & Conditions, once the initially allocated rooms are fully booked, we may use alternative accommodations of the same category and standard. This is clearly communicated in your documents under the statement: *“Hotel Name or Similar.”* We do not use Booking.com for our reservations, as our partnerships with hotels are arranged through professional contracts that do not reflect availability seen on public booking platforms. Regarding the day-to-day schedule information, we provide next-day pick-up times after 8:30 PM to ensure accuracy based on the latest logistical confirmations. This allows us to give you realistic and updated timing so you can have breakfast and prepare for your day without unnecessary stress. However, the full itinerary with activity details is provided at the time of booking. We also acknowledge your concerns about the multilingual group on Day 3. Occasionally, groups may be combined for efficiency, but it is always our intention that all guests feel equally engaged and supported by the guide. We regret if this balance was not maintained and will review this matter internally to ensure a better experience for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback.
