  The communication with Tourradar is outstanding, the tour company (Discover Morocco) however is frustrating. Announcements on the bus are impossible to hear if you are more than half way back. The daily guides for local sites struggle with English and either talk too fast or are unclear. Make sure you bring cash for the restaurants you are forced to eat at as they do not take credit cards and are around 120 - 150 Dirhams per person. Too much time spent at uninteresting attraction that turned out to be nothing more than a sales-pitch, ie: the rug weaving and pharmacy selling oils were only interested in selling their products. Morocco is an amazing, wonderful country but this tour was way too much of a pitch to sell us items whenever we stopped.

  Overall the tour was excellent! Our driver was Lahcine and he was great, always made sure we were comfortable and a safe driver. We were even lucky to have him again on the last day of our airport transfer. Most of the accommodations were good except for Ramada in Fes. All the tour guides were good, the tour guide in Casablanca was the best and the worst was the tour guide in Marrakesh. The tour guide in Marrakesh moved too quickly and then brought us to an argan and spice shop where it seemed like they just wanted to sell us products (complete waste of time). Luckily we had a great group and the tour around Morocco was good regardless

  Overall, I enjoyed the trip.There were some long days on the minibus, which was not particularly comfortable, but we covered it considerable distances and saw a lot memorable sites. Our guide Lathin was superb. He was polite, considerate towards guests and very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure everybody was ok. However, there are 4 issues which need to be addressed: Firstly, the driver collecting me from the Airport was not present and I waited some 40 minutes for him to arrive, having chased his location through the local agents. Secondly, the Ramada hotel pause not to a standard.I would expect there were dirty areas in the room and the shower didn't function correctly , resulting in me having to hold a shower head in one hand. Thirdly, I was supposed to be allocated a private tent for the desert accommodation, but I was forced to share with a another guest. Similarly, there were 4 single ladies who were all put into one tent. I certainly don't expect to pay a single supplement and then be obliged to share with a stranger. And finally, the guide who took us on the tour of Marrakesh on our final day, conducted the tour at breakneck speed, not allowing us to even stop to look at shops or highlights in the souks. He was clearly intent on dragging us to ashop selling Argan oil products. I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that he was receiving a commission from any sales! No one in the group was particularly taken with this attitude and I cut short my tour with him and returned to the hotel in protest. it's a shame the one very unprofessional tour guide could taint my overall enjoyment of the tour..

  This 9-day tour started out good and got better over time. Saw a wide variety of people and places all around the country. Nine days was just right. Saw some wonderful sights that my family will remember for the rest of our lives. Got tired of tagine about a week into the tour, though. Otherwise, excellent tour. Would recommend it to all.

  Amazing tour!! Starting from" behind the screen" ladies helping me with my pre and post stay requests in Marrakesh. My driver Abdul was excellent, all guides were great and informative. This tour gives you experiance of diverse cities and richnes of Morrocan culture.I would highlight Merzouga desert overnight with Amazigh music entertainment. Shukran to everyone who made this tour an excellent experience!

  In general the trip was excellent - interesting, very well planned and with very good communication. Our driver Adnan was simply a star - careful, punctual, knowledgeable and very helpful! Thank you very much Adnan! Accommodation and food was between very good and excellent, the best hotel of the trip was definitely the Kasbah Didis - very good accommodation, delicious food, very friendly service and absolutely amazing view! The guides in Casablanca and Rabat were very good and knowledgeable, the guide in Fes was simply brilliant! Slightly on a different note - the guided city tour in Marrakech was a very strange one. First - it was not a full day tour but rather only about 3 hours. Second - no visit to Koutoubia Mosque - we were just standing outside for 10 minutes taking pictures against the Sun. Next - NO Saadian Tombs!!! Just no visit to them though we were really close (this was my second time in Marrakech so I know). We did visit Bahia Palace but we virtually raced through it spending only about 30 minutes there. Next, instead of going to the Jardin secret, we actually went to Ben Youssef Madrasa which I personally think was a very good switch. But after visiting the Madrasa we were taken directly to a Herbalist and Parfum factory / shop where we were split in 3 groups and where we spent next 30 minutes listening to something that we did not really want to listen to. After that, at about mid-day, when we have asked the guide about what was next we were told that was it! Obviously NO Menara gardens after lunch. I have no idea why we had this type of city tour - the guide has provided very little historical information about the sites and we have not even fulfilled the itinerary specified for this day! Lost day in my opinion - I could probably do Marrakech city tour better myself...
