Ajay organised everything for us seamlessly, from picking us up at the airport, to our hotel stays, transportation and also our activities. He also planned out our itinerary for us and was very accommodating to to any of our requests and changes. The entire trip went well without any major hiccups and everyone at Swotah Travel were extremely friendly and helpful during the entire trip. They listened to my personal preferences and made matching arrangements. In other words they were VERY RESPONSIVE to my requests. They provided me with a Nepalese SIM card, so we could always be in touch, even during my free time they were available to answer questions. The entire staff was knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. We were able to discuss any small concerns with totally honesty, which was so important to me. I have complete trust in them and their integrity.
