Mediocre, inadequate handling of issues. Communicated that we would have a long stopover only after payment. They could not offer solutions or alternatives. Ongoing program changes. I do not recommend this agency. The trip was saved only by the skill and professionalism of the two local guides, autonomous individuals not employees of the agency. Bad service even on arrival at airport with a person who had other name not ours! Absolutely avoid this agency. They are incompetent, they do not know how to organize even a trivial move. I have traveled a lot in my life and I know perfectly well that there can be delays on flights. NEVER, however, have I had an agency tell me to leave the airport to go to the hotel (as I requested since the stopover in Cairo was so long due to inability to organize a trip ....I had already complained before I left) and only after I left the airport tell me I should not leave (and only because I wrote asking where the escort was). But then it didn't end! The agency tells me to get out and that I could spend the night at the hotel! But she neither tells me the time of the flight I could have taken the next day nor does it occur to her that the luggage is already sent to its final destination. Makes me think it is the 'agency that has never set foot in an airport! Of course that I have asked for a few offers from a few companies and of course that I received crazy prices. Sun Pyramids tours asked me a reasonable price. They mixed up a little bit my hotel but in the end they offer me a even better hotel with balcony to the Pyramids and splendid rooftop. Rawda our tour guide was extremely helpful and offer us a full experience in those 8 days that we spend in Egypt. For a European the traffic is insane (and I live in Bucharest where are only crazy drivers), but our driver was so calm and relaxed. Enjoyed his company. Thank you. I hope it will be useful.Show more
