Luang Prabang was enchanting—early morning almsgiving, boat ride to Pak Ou Caves, and a surprise private dinner set up by the river (which our guide helped arrange!). Each stop felt personal and never rushed. In Vientiane, we visited temples and learned a lot about Lao history and Buddhism.
