- JJuliaBram· November 7th, 2019We did a 5 day custom safari to Lake Manyara, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Serengeti African Safari and could not fault them on what was an incredible experience. We booked the comfort option and an extra night in the Serengeti. We went at the end of the dry season and were lucky to have no rain. Carlson organized everything for us pretty last minute, and was easy to communicate with. He wasn’t even fussed when we called her on a Sunday because of a last minute change in hotel. Everything went super smoothly during the safari from the moment our awesome guide, Lucas, picked us up. Lucas was a seasoned guide who knew where to find everything we were interested in, and did he absolute best to show us everything on our list. He knew the answer to every single question we asked (sometimes which were obscure!). We trusted him completely and he never disappointed us. He was also great fun to spend time with and we had lots of laughs (hi Lucas!!). Other things that made the experience great: - luxurious “glamping” accommodation that was spotless and had incredibly friendly staff who treated you like royalty - mostly fantastic food and good vego options - great vehicle with a wifi dongle for sharing photos - The company seems committed to safety (ensuring we were registered with the flying doctors in case of any emergency) Overall we were so happy we paid a little extra to go with Serengeti African Tours because they were so keen to make our experience unique and memorableShow moreSerengeti African Tours commented on this reviewThank you for your wonderful feedback!
