- AAnnaTorchia· October 20th, 2019We booked this trip with very high intentions as this was not cheap, With the exception of two hotels included in the thirteen day trip only two really came close to a five star rating. I have travelled quite a bit through Italy and it boggles the mind as to why Insight would take a group of tourists into the region of Puglia and yet not locate accommodations close to the ocean where the landscapes are breathtaking. The included dinners were nothing to rave about definitely not five star. The tour guide was extremely pushy when suggesting all the extra guided tours which was a complete turn off. Not enough value for the price they charge.Show more

This stunning journey visits some truly must-see southern Italian sights, such as Rome, Sorrento, Pompeii, Capri, Matera, Alberobello, Maratea, the Taormina Riviera, Agrigento and Palermo.
