Mathanki· October 9th, 2022Atrocious. Spent over 3K on a CostSaver/Trafalgar recommended store, despite it being 500% more than other stores because "we will assist if something goes wrong." Well something has gone wrong, and NO assistance. Over priced tours considering nothing is included, and thus you MUST do the "optionals." No choice as hotels are in the middle of no where. Hotels also lack a lot of facilities and when I queried this, the answer was "we prefer to support small family hotels as they have good service." Ok fine, but I would also like more than toast for brekky, and maybe a decent window in my bedroom. They have also contacted me via socials wanting to post some of my pictures: great.
