(feedback time) During this and another trip I made occasion on this (arranged via Tourradar),I was left to my own devices and I never knew who I was dealing with. I'm able bodied, fully compos mentis and I can honestly say don't need my hand held at every juncture, but there is a point where if you think you have paid for a service and it doesn't appear it's somewhat hard to take. In short, there were too many agencies to which the trip was farmed out with no overriding responsibility taken by anyone. The tour was well organized and the representavive person informed us every night by WhatsApp message about next day tour, hotel or city transfer. The selection of food when offered was good.
