For example, the hotel in Santorini was 35min driving to Fira o Oia which were the main areas to be around. Overall, great experience. Having done a previous tour to Italy through TourRadar which had a few glitches I had some apprehension about this one. The tour to Italy saw me meet a group of strangers who were with me from start to finish and a tour guide as well. I didn't get along with everyone, felt left behind quite a bit and the tour guide was not the greatest. I thought this trip to Greece would be the same thing. It was a million times better. For most of the trip I was on my own but I was picked up - they would hold a sign with my name at each pick up and drop off and in each location (Elias in Athens, Thanos in Mykonos and Maria in Santorini) someone was there to provide me with all I needed - tickets for excursions, a meeting at the hotel, great suggestions for restaurants and info on when I was leaving etc... I got to meet people I chose to connect with and had an amazing 13 Days. The hotels were great, the service was exceptional and TourRadar staff dealt well with my pre-travel anxiety and million questions. I highly recommend this tour but I also highly recommend TourRadar. - F· October 31st, 2022I must say, communication with TR was very good…up until we paid for our trip. Then, pretty much radio silence. Five days before leaving we had not received our transfers and final information and I had to ask for it. Hotel in Athens Hotel Dave Red was mediocre at best. Very loud and so many room amenities were unavailable. There were all kinds of people shooting heroine right behind the hotel. The tour company in Athens was very responsive and our contact Effie was fantastic in trying to deal with issue we were experiencing. Our tour contact in Santorni Dina was also very good, as was the Sun Rise Hotel and staff. Mykonos hotel Olia was terrible and our room smelled damp and of urine. Even the sheets felt humid. Tour rep Thanos was not so ethical. He attempted to charge us 11 euros extra per person for a bus tour. He changed his mind when we mentioned it to him. Not responsive when we had issues while in Mykonos. The tours were really informative but the leg room on busses for five hour rides was very squished. As it was October, the sheer idea of relying only on fries to go to and from the islands is absolutely ridiculous! The seas are a disaster at this time and even the locals were confused why we didn’t fly. Our ferry was cancelled twice. Overall, I’m not sure I would use this tour company again. They do not give the type of service that is needed when you are away in a foreign country.Show moreTrip date: October 2022

All 4-Star hotels provided were good & quite well located within walking distance to town centres. The Free & Easy tours are just nice for us and you have options to do your other day tours or relax at the pool or beaches especially at Mykonos.Show more
