The entire itinerary was tailored around them, and the tours were incredibly private—just our family. We’ve done Gate1 tours before, which are more group-oriented with tight schedules. This was totally different—more like a good friend showing us around their hometown. We got to stop and try local food whenever something caught our eye, and if we were tired, we simply took a break. Everything was super relaxed and stress-free! They took care of all the details. By the end of the trip, we honestly didn’t want it to end—and we still had energy left! She made sure we saw and experienced everything we wanted in Japan, resolved all accommodation matters, and made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. Our guide was excellent, and the driver who took us around was incredibly friendly and helpful. Japan was our dream honeymoon destination, and at first, we were a bit overwhelmed trying to book everything on our own. Phoebe made everything so easy and even arranged some incredible activities and tours we probably would have never discovered without her help. Our guide was a young woman—at first, I was unsure about her experience, but she turned out to be incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, always ready with the answers to our questions. My travel consultant was Phoebe, and even though we had a big group of 8 adults and 3 kids with a lot of different needs, she put together a fantastic itinerary for us! She made sure we had connecting hotel rooms so the kids could play together, and she gave us plenty of time to fully enjoy both Disneyland and Universal Studios Japan.
