Lumen hotel was excellent with very comfortable beds Tobagan ride in Madeira was a wonderful surprise! Sete Cidade and the green & blue lakes in Sao Miguel were stunning! The Italian vistas tour was perfect. We never need to worry about anything. Hotels, travel, meals, tickets to sights were all taken care of. Very efficiently.
