- GEORGE· July 6th, 2024I joined the 8-Day Beijing-Xi’an-Shanghai 19/6-26/6/2024 departure. During the booking process , I was constantly in touch with Jennifer from TCT regarding my documentation , airport transfer and any of my concerns including set up of my WeChat and AliPay , job well done Jennifer , keep it up ! The tour was well put together. From picking up at Beijing airport to check in at the hotels . The tour guides were professional and friendly. Accommodations were excellent especially in Xi’an , all good locations and good choice of food for breakfast. Everyone was happy with the lunch selection , the tour guides were very generous to make sure we were full especially we had two kids traveling in our tour and we got a chance to try the local food. It’s a plus when we have a small group of 9 people and we all became friends. I also have my own free time in the evenings. The highlights of the tour were the Great Wall near Beijing and the Terracotta Warriors in Xi’an. I would highly recommend TCT and would certainly see other parts of China in the future. At times it can be quite tiring given the different destinations and the size of the country, which makes long hours of traveling. Some guides had better english than others and facilitated more info and context to the schedule. Overall I would recommend.Show more
