- OOlga· March 1st, 2018Disappointed. Guides didn't provide much information, transportation was uncomfortable. Most of the hotels were cheap( no shampoo and one old towel) and needed renovation. Actual itinerary was different from the one which was provided prior departure( we actually did fewer things than were promised). Lunch and dinner was not served every day( in the internerary they said only one dinner and one lunch should not be provided)When I wrote my complains to the company, while on the truck, they politely brushed me off.Show more
