Everything was organized like clockwork — from the well-planned daily itinerary to the smooth logistics throughout. The hotels were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the local tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. A special thank you to Danny, who took great care of us and made sure everything ran perfectly. If we could change one thing, we’d have loved to spend an extra night on the Halong Bay cruise. Angkor Wat was absolutely incredible. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!Show more

There was absolutely no added value to using Tourradar. In fact. although we were booked into nice hotels, we had a room with no window to the outside, and another with no balcony - when almost every room had a balcony. One tour had 25 people on a bus with 26 seats for what turned out to be over 5 hours on the bus (12 hrs total for a trip that was supposed to be 8-8 1/2 hrs). I couldn't sit in mine facing forward and when I told the guide he said he couldn't do anything about that - no concern for my comfort at all. The itinerary Danny gave us the night we arrived (1 of 2 times we saw him in 12 days), didn't contain all the info needed to know what to anticipate and texts to him were returned with false info or read like AI was answering. I was expecting a luxury tour would be well planned and executed with comfort throughout. John· December 11th, 2023The trip was excellent, the guides were very good, the responsiveness from the company was excellent, the arrangements was… a little stressful. We booked a year in advance and decided to extend our time at Siem Reap by a day to ensure we had time to do a sunrise there. Arranging this was a little complex because we were heading out in the off season when only 1 flight a day went, so the guides proposed itinerary didn’t match reality of what we could achieve before our flight. When I explained this and asked for half the itinerary for approximately half the price (there proposal was to do half the stuff but pay full price as if we were doing it all) I was challenged and had to explain it. I asked which hotel would be used and was told a hotel which looked very nice. Then we applied for a visa and had to put our hotel name down. Then when I asked for final confirmation it had changed! Thankfully for the better The comments in reviews I saw about the company being a broker didn’t really make much sense to me until we did the trip. We literally went from independent tour operator to independent tour operator at each place. They knew our itinerary and it worked but it meant we ended up picking up random people doing slightly different variations of tours. Not a problem per se, just a little mad! The guides and private cars were amazing every single day and the five star hotels at every stop were glorious. But the best part was getting to know the guides one on one and learning so much about each country and the personalities and histories of each amazing and varied guide. And Legend Travel accommodated every single request, large or small, at every moment. And they were watching over us to ensure that we were treated like VIPs at all times and totally safe and secure. And the restaurants and all the meals they included were amazing. And the cost was so reasonable that it was hard to believe. And to top it all, when we had visa issues in Vietnam AFTER the tour had ended, Legend Travel ( which had no duty or responsibility at this point) stepped in to fix the problem ( which was a major effort) at no charge to us for their services. We recommend Legend Travel and all their trips without qualification. My only complaint is that I would not call this a luxury 5* tour. A couple of the hotels could have been better, and we were driven around in beat up cars. It didn’t have much of an impact on our good time and we enjoyed Vietnam and Cambodia and would return in a heartbeat! - Ian· November 14th, 2022Danny sent us our itinerary and met us at Hanoi along with a driver. We then went to our Hotel before starting our tour. The tour followed the itinerary closely although we did swap a couple of things which Danny thought we would prefer. The hotels were all stunning and the Halong bay overnight on the boat was definitely one of the highlights along with Cambodia and Siem Reap. The tour was perfect in length and was ably supported along the way by the various guides.
