The Boteti Lodge, where we stayed was amazing. The accommodations were wonderful, as well as the meals provided. The ride to Moremi Game Reserve is over 3 hour each way, about half of it on unpacked roads that are really bumpy. I sat in the cab of our safari vehicle on the way there and back, but those up top were very cold, even with the sides down. I missed the sunset mojito ride due to a flight delay. I was able to make it up my last morning. You will see lots of birds and some hippos. It was enjoyable. Overall, I don’t think the experiences were worth the cost of the safari, plus you don’t really get into the Okavango.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 26th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 26th, 2025, a minimum payment of $55 is required to confirm your booking with The Mzansi Experience. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 63 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and The Mzansi Experience will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
