- ABeverly· October 6th, 2023Globus Information was clear and concise When we called Globus with questions, a English Speaking person answered, so it was easy to understand. They were very informative and helpful. Updates were sent in a timely manner and were well written and easy to follow. Everything on the trip went off without a hitch, except for Ethiopian Airlines changing our seats at the last minute which was hard when we had paid for certain seats because of our travelers being over 6'5" and having bad backs. The guides on the trip were fantastic. Friendly, organized, well informed and very aware of each of our groups needs. The lodging was great, people nice and we feel we were not rushed but able to see what we came to see. The trip was a life changing adventure and one we will never forget. Our guide was Said and he was so thoughtful and helped our trip to run smooth, on time, and surpassed our expectations. He was a very nice man, as well as were our drivers and the people who worked at the resorts who went out of their way to make us comfortable.
